Ad Misericordiam Tue 15 Mar 2005 17:52
<jcreed> Haven't finished it yet, but very nice so far.

<Tom 7> Nice one. Definitely one of those love-hate hugbot scenarios. ;)

Crown Jewels Tue 15 Mar 2005 15:32
<Tom 7> Nice, very tight and a good "story." ;)
<jcreed> Wow, that was a good one. I went through two entirely separate phases of "omg this is totally impossible --- oh wait, I can do this"
<jcreed> holy what the

The Warden's Spotted Us, Hugbot Mon 14 Mar 2005 21:09
<jcreed> An easy one.

Don't Get Off My Back (v2) Mon 14 Mar 2005 12:24
<Tom 7> Cool. I really like this variation.

Don't Get Off My Back Mon 14 Mar 2005 11:17
<bpotetz> (SPOILER) OMG you are right! I can't believe I missed that!
I'll call that a cook, and upload a revision.
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Although is there any reason you made yours 18x12? It seems to me that it just gives you one more (unnecessary) square of slack in how far away you can get from Hugbot stranded above the electricity switch. An 18x10 version of this level I wouldn't know how to solve, but 18x11 I can do.
<jcreed> (SPOILER) An excellent "remix"! My solution to this one also works for "Get Off My Back".
<bpotetz> I should be working on a paper deadline, but I couldn't resist this silly mod.

Happy pi day.

You're So Pushy, Hugbot (fixed) Sun 13 Mar 2005 22:43
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Yeah, it's still basically easy, but it seems about right with the one additional "turn of the crank" that this version has. Especially since the first one is "for free" in the sense that getting Hugbot back from its hitching-post doesn't laser you immediately.
<Tom 7> That's a bit better.

Dalek Jailbreak Sun 13 Mar 2005 22:04
<Tom 7> Is that blue flashing the alarm going off? ;)

You're So Pushy, Hugbot Sun 13 Mar 2005 22:01
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Oops! No, that's meant to enable the panel at the top left. Fix uploaded.
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) The crux of this level is very clever, although in general it's not very hard. Nice one. (I assume the panel/grey at the bottom is just a distraction?)

Mummy Guards Sun 13 Mar 2005 21:42
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) I do have a soft spot for these sprawling drawing ones, though they tend to be very easy. It's mildly cookable, but it doesn't really matter since it's so easy to do the stuff you need to do once the electricity is off. Also, there doesn't appear to be any reason to free the guards, who generally die anyway because they walk into the pyramids immediately. ;)

Community Service Sun 13 Mar 2005 21:35
<Tom 7> Still the mack.

Golden Pastures Sat 12 Mar 2005 19:28
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Cook(?): Didn't use the yellow block or panel on the bottom row.

Lettuce Sat 12 Mar 2005 19:26
<jcreed> Yeah, really.
<Freddy> (SPOILER) Cook: What the hell was that yellow block for? It certainly wasn't a Red Herring. It was just retarded.
