<Joshua Bone> Actually, I had been thinking about an idea for a level like "Wave" earlier today, but I wasn't sure how to make it into a puzzle. (Great job on yours, by the way.)

Wave Wed 23 Mar 2005 22:30
<Joshua Bone> Run for high ground!

Flipside Wed 23 Mar 2005 22:30
<Max> This one is a lot of fun and very well-designed. You and I must have gotten the Hugbot Bulldozer idea at the same time (i.e. "Wave")...

Wave Wed 23 Mar 2005 22:11
<Max> This, like Tom's "Time Bomb" is a time sensitive level, but it uses a different (and more primitive) timing mechanism. It's pretty easy, but I hope it looks cool/is fun because it actually took a very long time to make!

p.s. mods are welcome if anyone has an idea to make this more challenging...

Needle or a Haystack Wed 23 Mar 2005 19:47
<Max> (SPOILER) Okay, I'll just leave it be then, because that's a battle I won't win!

Six little ducks Wed 23 Mar 2005 18:25
<Joshua Bone> This one's really clever.

Pipeworks Wed 23 Mar 2005 18:16
<Joshua Bone> Very, very nice! Great puzzle.

Hugbot Research Lab Wed 23 Mar 2005 15:46
<Joshua Bone> Tired of the ups and downs of human interaction? Fed up with failing romances? Sounds like YOU need some rest and relaxation! And what better way to relax than hanging out with the ultra-affectionate androids at the Hugbot Research Laboratory? Our ever-loving robotic staff members are positively gurgling with electric delight at the thought of your visit. They are specially programmed to be ready at a moments notice to endlessly soak up your affection like sponges. So next time you feel the need for a little bit of superhuman intimacy, come on down to Hugbot Research Laboratories, Inc., where we put the "bot" in "bottomless love".
<Tom 7> More lost sleep, here I come!
<Joshua Bone> The dreaded sequel...

Needle or a Haystack Wed 23 Mar 2005 13:51
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) But it is a cute idea. (Ha!)
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Yeah, the preview window used to not show as much of the level, so it wasn't as obvious that you could go around.

To whatever extent this level is successful, Escape is sort of a failure because it doesn't indicate well the size of the level, and so it may be a battle between you and me if you try to 'improve' this one. I certainly intend to make the yellow scroll arrows a bit more prominent.

Group Hug Wed 23 Mar 2005 13:42
<Max> Crap, another cute one.

Needle or a Haystack Wed 23 Mar 2005 13:10
<Max> (SPOILER) Yeah, it's kind of lame since it isn't very wide, but at the time that was the widest you could make levels. Maybe I'll make a wider version for the sake of completeness...
<Doom> (SPOILER) Wait... Now I get it! That is the intended solution. That's pretty clever, I guess :) I didn't even notice the idea at first.

Hug Me to Victory! Wed 23 Mar 2005 09:16
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Aww, and one of my buddies gets to escape with me.

Anyway, not easy, but I kinda solved it by moving randomly until something started to work.

Warp Mania Wed 23 Mar 2005 09:12
<Tom 7> I appreciate everybody making levels, but this idea has been used about 10 times. Try to make levels with new ideas!
<hyperxpress> In this game you have to warp.
This is really really hard!

I won't tell you clues!

Hope you solve it!

Hyperxpress
<hyperxpress> Well this game you have to warp through your way OUT.

Clues

4533

That's all I can give you!

<Jasonbot> (SPOILER) Cook: There's an extra gray block I don't need.

Permutations Wed 23 Mar 2005 02:50
<Doom> (SPOILER) Cook: The level seemed really too easy. I pushed the green block down in the beginning and then the yellow block on the right up. Then I pushed 2 more blocks and the exit was open.

The Bends Wed 23 Mar 2005 01:33
<mjn> (SPOILER) Whoa, I hadn't even realized you could send a blue over.

I was able to get two reds across in this one, though--was that intended?
<Max> (SPOILER) Cool mod, Jason. I love having a hard time solving a level that I had a hand in designing. I think this beats the original. I used an extra blue sphere to cover one of the right panels, just in case this happens to be a cook...?

Seeing Eye Bot Wed 23 Mar 2005 00:26
<Max> Yeah, I think Imaginary Level, this, and Steel Cage Match constitute a Cute Phase, hopefully complete now...

The Bends Tue 22 Mar 2005 23:20
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) I thought of making a sequel where you have to push another panel, but it's too obvious. You can easily send one of the red spheres over as well. Did I cook it?
