What a shame that the very first Escape level hasn't been revisited for this long... |

<Henri> So simple-looking, yet surprisingly tricky. Wonderful level.
<noname> I have to say that I solved the pgchip version of this level, as well as levels 7 and 8 of computer.dat, shortly after the levels came out, but never bothered to report the scores until a moment ago.
<John Lewis> I was wondering when this would come. {evil laugh} Thanks for uploading this one, David...it's definitely one of your more devious computer-generated puzzles. :)
<Tom 7> Hooray! |

Did someone's computer get the flu?
(Or was some leeway given intentionally?) |

<Kalthare> (SPOILER) (note: speedrun of 121 moves didn't break record; not added)
I don't see a speed-record run up for this level, so.. here's as fast as it can be done, AFAIK. |

<Henri> This behaviour has been known pretty much since transponders were added in the game. I don't remember the official response but at least it doesn't affect gameplay...
I guess this didn't go wasted because of the doubling thing, though. |

<mm> Oh, I seem to have deleted this one - even though the message I got told me I hadn't been able to do so...???
<mm> I didn't want to upload this one twice - but got the massage: upload failed cause the title exists already. So I've change the title - did the upload again -> and found out that both levels had been uploaded. I guess this is why there have been all those two identical levels lately?
So then I've tried to delete this one - but got the message the this also failed??? Tom, could you please delete both of them. |
