<Dave> Been away on business for a couple of days. Middle of nowhere, no internet!!! Got a bit of catching up to do! I'll work through them in order, so I may be a while.
<mark> (SPOILER) Just discovered one more variation of your method Jim why am i always to late.
<mark> (SPOILER) Your welcome Jim,
Hopefully between the three of us we have finally got to where we started from.
<Jim> (SPOILER) I got mod 7 last night finally before I went to bed (thanks for ure help Mark), will now try to catch up later when I have some time. Welcome back MM, there are some tough ones (at least for me) out here to keep you busy.

Everybody get together Tue 04 Jun 2013 14:00
<Jim> (SPOILER) I again liked your solution, very creative. I was still able to solve this like I did mine, with a few alterations.

<mark> (SPOILER) Sorry mm if you were confused,The titles are all song titles from "The Dave Clark Five"
It was a homage to the central trick in the levels of wich you allready know.
i dont think these levels are susposed to be a series the first ones were just bad mistakes.
Dave tried to help fix the mess for me and Jim made it a better level.
The name changes are really only to try and future proof this level for new players.
Sorry for any inconvenience to you.
<mm> (SPOILER) Mark, recently you did upload a level and there are several mods of it, but it's titel has changed already four times and the author's name had changed several times as well. For me, it is already almost impossile to identify that "serie" in my folders or to find the levels that "kind of" in fact do belong together, I'm having difficulties to find the sequals of that first level called *The trick is "Catch us if you can"*. I am confused! Don't get me wrong, it certainly is your choice, but I just thought I should tell you that it is a pity that that "serie" isn't easy to find.
<mark> (SPOILER) That was a great level Jim got me going anyhow, but as you see i did it a different way so one more mod.
As for modular thinking i think you will kick yourself as i think you have alresdy solved it but not realised.
Forget the about the hugbots, kick the ball on laser panel step left done.

I like it like that Mon 03 Jun 2013 18:50
<Jim> (SPOILER) Nice solution Mark, I still did it a different way but about 200 moves more. I'll mod it if I can figure out how to stop your solution and still enable mine to work, but so far I dont see a way.

<Jim> (SPOILER) Ive tried that a bunch of times Mark, guess I need to do it at the right time. Will step away from this level for a bit, maybe that will help.
<mark> (SPOILER) Hi Jim want you in on this series as it does get a little harder,
Daves the master of that, so kick a ball on the panel.

Modular Thinking 7 Mon 03 Jun 2013 17:04
<Jim> (SPOILER) level 6 was the last one I got of these, I have no clue how to get rid of the laser to the right of the exit sign. The only way I could do that is use the crumbly piece you got rid of.

Modular Thinking 10 Mon 03 Jun 2013 11:21
<mark> (SPOILER) Wow lots of toing and froing on that before i finally got it.

I like it like that Mon 03 Jun 2013 09:29
<mark> Nothing wrong with solution it did not like the title at first atempt to load.

Glad all over Mon 03 Jun 2013 09:04
<mark> Fantastic job thanks Dave,
Solution not added time for another song.
<Dave> (SPOILER) Oh well! Couldn't resist having a crack at forcing it after the amount of time Mark's put in. Should have gone with my first instict and eliminated both bombs... my attempts at misdirection are always my undoing, one day I'll get it right. :)
<Jim> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 728 moves (old: 851).
I was able to bypass your latest trick, but still loved this level.

Modular Thinking 10 Sun 02 Jun 2013 21:17
<Dave> Think next time I may consider a non-strategic mod and just add some carefully placed shortcut teleports. The move-count is way to high for the difficulty of the level, and half of the playing field hasn't even been used yet. Will also give me a chance to finish the new compartment wall.

The trick is "Catch us if you can" Sun 02 Jun 2013 18:08
<Dave> (SPOILER) Never mind, still a few more singles to go yet!
<Dave> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 342 moves (old: 744).
Nope...

<mark> (SPOILER) I quit with this level now . why did i have to have multiple copies in my levels then stick out the wrong one.
<mark> (SPOILER) DJ's in the house will know my
"Achy breaky heart"
"jerk it out" lyrics.
"glad all over"

Just a little cryptic for credit

Modular Thinking 8 Sat 01 Jun 2013 23:39
<Dave> This may be a bit risky from a potential cook perspective. Time will tell.

Modular Thinking 7 Sat 01 Jun 2013 21:05
<Dave> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 302 moves (old: 308).
Maybe if you don't mention DC5 nobody will notice .=)

<Dave> (SPOILER) Of course, but rarely, if ever, with any success. Can speedrun on 6 stubbies as I've just proven, but it took me a while to work out that is 3.49 pints (UK - US ones are smaller).
