<mm> (SPOILER) Wonderful challenge! :-) Henri, I do not agree with you, this level is certainly NOT a failed experiment at all! I found this extremely difficult and I'm so glad that I finally got it... I guess I do already have a glimpse of a how to for the two mods 'cause as others before I just didn't realize any purpose of the well hidden green stuff for a very long time. The two mods must be more than evil!

(On a side note, I was able to reduce the danger of the two bots escaping the upper right room by placing a steel block and a broken bot next to each other outside the entrance whenever I needed to run over the grey panel.)

<Delvin> (SPOILER) Interesting. Unfortunately the original solution still works. You're just forced not to use the flippable hole too early. You might want to fix this since it somewhat ruins the entire point of this variation.
