<jcreed> I am an innocent man!

Holey Moley Sat 12 Mar 2005 22:14
<Freddy> (SPOILER) Cook: Maybe another red square? In any case. That sucked.

Golden Pastures Sat 12 Mar 2005 19:28
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Cook(?): Didn't use the yellow block or panel on the bottom row.

Lettuce Sat 12 Mar 2005 19:26
<jcreed> Yeah, really.
<Freddy> (SPOILER) Cook: What the hell was that yellow block for? It certainly wasn't a Red Herring. It was just retarded.

North and South Sat 12 Mar 2005 16:23
<jcreed> Also I just solved it again myself to make sure the solution, in addition to existing, wasn't so completely crazy that I didn't even remember it. It wasn't!

Save me, Hugbot! Sat 12 Mar 2005 16:20
<jcreed> Ok, here you go, Tom.
Maybe this is the beginning of a "My travels with Hugbot" series or something.

Every Step You Make Sat 12 Mar 2005 16:18
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Which is to say I actually had to solve the part on the left, but the right part posed no challenge at all.
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Cooked? I didn't do anything but shove all the red blocks into the electricity, and then turn the electricity off.

Cornered Sat 12 Mar 2005 15:48
<Tom 7> How about uploading it again with a new title? I just changed the server so it won't allow you to name collide any more.

North and South Sat 12 Mar 2005 15:47
<Tom 7> Actually, you could probably trick the client that way. But the server really checks the solution, so it wouldn't work there!

Cornered Sat 12 Mar 2005 14:40
<jcreed> Oh, whoops, didn't notice this title was already taken. Alternatives:

1) Letter Series: U+FFGF OMG I AM SO FUXED
2) Daleks in the Hood
3) Save me, Hugbot!

<jcreed> i craxed ur SHA-5 hash algorishm!! there is no solve!! hahahah

Robot Finds Exit Sat 12 Mar 2005 13:42
<jcreed> Cute.
<Tom 7> Another "classic" embedding. ;)
No peeking!

North and South Sat 12 Mar 2005 10:44
<Tom 7> I am finding this one apparently impossible.

Clack Sat 12 Mar 2005 10:44
<Tom 7> Fun!

I think this kind of level is more enjoyable with a "solution key" off-screen (I just looked at the web page screenshot of the level), so that you don't need to remember where the colored panels are.

Thanks a lot, Hugbot (advanced?) Sat 12 Mar 2005 10:32
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Not really that much harder, but the ending was much cooler (very clever use of the 0/1 switch). I like having to solve these parity problems with bots.

The City Fri 11 Mar 2005 21:23
<jcreed> Nice! It's like "Escape: Campaign Mode".

Herringbone Fri 11 Mar 2005 19:58
<Freddy> (SPOILER) Cook: No need to fill out the bottom row, then simply used the squares from the bottom row to fill the top. No need to move the top squares down a spot as you go. This may be intentional. But maybe not.

Time Bomb Fri 11 Mar 2005 19:10
<Tom 7> Cut the red wire!

Get Off My Back Fri 11 Mar 2005 19:10
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) There are a number of red herrings, including the teleport. But my solution didn't trap him in the top right. (Although I'm betting it's only slightly different.) I'll have to check that out...

Time Bomb Fri 11 Mar 2005 19:03
<jcreed> NNNNGGGH.

Get Off My Back Fri 11 Mar 2005 18:59
<jcreed> (SPOILER) Is that teleport a red herring? I never used it. Very nice level anyway. It was enormously satisfying to trap that fucker in the top right. Take that, clingbot!

Impossible Wed 09 Mar 2005 23:41
<heather> I will get you MAX! You, and your little dog too.
