<Max> You're right, Brian. Fortunately, this is not a cook of the main level, but rather a problem in my design for Stephan's Variation that I'll fix right away. Thanks for bringing this to my attention -- you always seem to catch the kinks! |

<Doom> That makes sense. Thanks!
<Tom 7> You probably solved it with a buggy version of Escape that didn't reset panels when stepping onto heart framers. The bogus solution is stored, but it won't show up as a check mark because it doesn't verify.
When you solve a level, it should really replace any solution that doesn't verify--right now I think it will only replace it if the new solution is shorter. I'll fix it.
<Doom> I solved this level but the game doesn't register my solution and it still says 'the level must be first completed' when I try to check for solutions. |

<Max> Okay, this should do it. Sorry about all that. |

<Max> Glad you enjoyed it mjn, especially because you'll have the joy of figuring out how to solve it another way since you totally cooked it! (very cleverly, I might add, but I still have to phase this version out, sadly.) This is beginning to look like your Memory Hole series of false start uploads ;). Sorry guys! |

<Tom 7> BTW, Dorothy: You shouldn't upload solutions unless they are especially interesting (in which case, submit them with a comment that explains) or speedruns. In this case your solution is just a slightly slower version of Max's.
But if you have speedruns, please do upload them! (And check the speedrun box..) |

<Stephan> An easy level; let the Dalek do the heavy lifting. |

<Max> This one (hopefully) requires the original intended solution. |

Jumps (Stephan's Variation) |

<Max> This variation totally rips off Stephan's clever cook of the original "jumps", as well as his timing mechanism from "Timing Column". Thanks Stephan! ;) |

<Max> Getting rid of this version, thanks to Stephan's clever cook... |

<Tom 7> Yeah, this is a good test case in that it is the family of smallest possible solvable levels, and also the family of tightest and most assuredly uncookable levels, and therefore also the easiest.
Maybe this would be a good level to use in order to detect (and discount) voters who don't know what they're doing -- anyone who doesn't vote this a 0 for difficulty and 10 for rigidity doesn't understand what these ratings mean. ;)
<Max> I don't think that's a cook, Adam. I know there aren't really degrees of impossibility, but if there were, this would be the most impossiblest level to cook, ever. |

<Doom> I think, I'll try to make less random levels in future. I consider this level a failed experiment... :P
<Doom> I guess the word that describes this mess the best is 'confusion'. I decided to make a level with sticky dalek theme but it turned to become something completely different... I know, it might be annoying because there are so many panels and it's not perfectly obvious to see what they do. At least I tried to make it a little more clear with the colored buttons that can't be pressed (except the blue one) |

Funhouse Warped? |

<Milton> Max - I forgot to mention that I did leave a fairly good clue (in my opinion) to the shortcut. In any case, v2 is now uploaded and should fix the problem. Please try it both ways to see if you like it any better - obviously, the shortcut method will be necessary to obtain the speed record =).
Tom - Please delete this level when you get a chance since v2 is now available. Thanks in advance. |

<Milton> I decided to try Funhouse Warp again despite its major weaknesses. I think you'll find this one significantly harder - hopefully I didn't overlook a slew of glaring mistakes this time . . . |
