Bug: Panel vs. Heart Framer Animation Sat 16 Jul 2005 17:12
<Max> Actually, the heart framer has nothing to do with this problem! Sorry for the misleading title.

<Doom> (SPOILER) Cook: Was the yellow block supposed to be used...?

<bpotetz> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 156 moves (old: 170).
Oh.

Narcoleptic Exit Fri 15 Jul 2005 19:23
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) I guess that's true. Well, I did figure it out.

It's not possible to retitle a level, since the levels are identified on the server by the contents of the file (hashed) and the title is in the level file. The best would be a way of linking a level to "previous versions", which I have thought of doing, but am not really sure how to do it right.
<Max> (SPOILER) Well I think even if you couldn't see the bot, you would be able to deduce what is happening. I think it's harder to make the mental leap as to what you need to do if you don't have animation anyway (which is what happens when you zoom out) so I thought this was the best way to present it. This probably should count as a "vignette" but I'll address that later.

Oh yeah, should there be a way to retitle a level without losing its history of comments/ratings?
<Tom 7> Oops, deleted the wrong level.
<Doom> (SPOILER) What a strange level. It was helpful to stretch my screen to see the other bot in motion.
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Good one! Although it is probably a bit more fair if you can see the bot that's hiding off-screen.

Bug: Exit Animation Fri 15 Jul 2005 17:21
<Tom 7> Good find!
That will be easy to fix.

bottrap mirror Fri 15 Jul 2005 17:02
<Paul> (SPOILER) Cook: Just push one of the movable blocks over to open the door. Forget the rest.

Narcoleptic Exit Fri 15 Jul 2005 16:51
<John Lewis> Very funny!

Mixed Sides Thu 14 Jul 2005 23:34
<Max> (SPOILER) Whew, didn't expect such a tricky victory-lap puzzle after the mixing was done! Nice level, very original.

Vignette: Panel Changes Destination Thu 14 Jul 2005 23:21
<Max> Nevermind, this is a pretty half-baked idea anyway and can't really be executed the way I imagined it. Sorry about that!

The Jail House Thu 14 Jul 2005 20:55
<John Lewis> (SPOILER) Highlight this level in the triage folder, press Cntrl-M, then press Cntrl-D to download solutions from the server.
<Main> ah shoot, i cant believe i didn't spell my name right on this level :/
<Main> hmm, i wonder how the person "cooked" it?

<Tom 7> Where else does one escape from, Max?

Internal Clock Thu 14 Jul 2005 09:19
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) That's comforting.

Mixed Sides Thu 14 Jul 2005 00:34
<mjn> (SPOILER) I like how there's a surprise extra puzzle at the end. I totally thought I had it made...
<Max> Very cool concept! I'll have to give this a serious try tomorrow.

The Jail House Wed 13 Jul 2005 23:14
<Max> (SPOILER) Jail seems to be a rather common Escape theme. I like the exits that fall asleep just as the door opens and I'm grateful for the Dance Dance Revolution-esque move guide for the right half.
