<John Lewis> (SPOILER) Talk about devious...nicely done, Max!

<Tom 7> (SPOILER) In a level like this, the fewer solutions, the better (in my opinion). So either fix it to remove the cook, or fix it so that the cook is the only way to solve it. (or both...)

<Tom 7> Yeah, there are a number of problems with transponder animations on my to-do list.

<John Lewis> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 109 moves (old: 131).
Clever!

<Alois> (SPOILER) I guess it's cooked... I think it can be fixed by moving the topmost -> one step to the right, however. Should I do that? BTW, nice work, ww! :)

<mm> If only I were as clever as you guys )-;
<John Lewis> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 156 moves (old: 236).
Nice revision!

<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Wow, nice!
<mm> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 84 moves (old: 94).
Cooked?

Blocks and Bombs: More Explosive Edition Wed 26 Oct 2005 13:50
<mm> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 89 moves (old: 97).
I guess I discovered another small cook? ;)
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 97 moves (old: 103).
same speedrun ;)

Blocks and Bombs Wed 26 Oct 2005 10:40
<Sam> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 87 moves (old: 97).
I finally got a speed run in! Sure it won't last long...
<Doom> I think I'll try to make a mod of this.
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 97 moves (old: 103).
Nice. Bomb manipulation is giving rise to lots of interesting little puzzles, huh.

<Tom 7> Hey Wowei, don't forget to check the "speedrun" box when uploading solutions, unless there's some reason that the solution is interesting to everyone.

Again and again Tue 25 Oct 2005 21:19
<mjn> Whoops, you're right; that trap is definitely necessary...

Sokobomb 2 Tue 25 Oct 2005 20:57
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Yeah, that's why I shoulda guessed that I hadn't cooked it after all..

Again and again Tue 25 Oct 2005 20:56
<Tom 7> My sense was that the trap is necessary, but feel free to prove me wrong!

Good call on the bookmark thing. Yes, it only prompts to rate on your first solution, and bookmarks are treated like solutions. There are a lot of problems regarding bookmarks when a level is solved, which I need to get around to solving in a sane way soon.

Sokobomb 2 Tue 25 Oct 2005 20:14
<Max> (SPOILER) Actually this was inspired by the cooks of the last one...

Again and again Tue 25 Oct 2005 19:42
<mjn> This is pretty cool. (Is the last one possible without the trap? Seems like it should be...)

P.S. Bug report: I wasn't prompted to rate this when I solved it. Perhaps because I used a bookmark?

Sokobomb 2 Tue 25 Oct 2005 19:01
<Alois> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 146 moves (old: 154).
It looks like moving bombs together is slower... :)
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 154 moves (old: 160).
Of course, doing it at the top is even faster.
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 160 moves (old: 172).
Oops, I didn't cook it (somehow I should have guessed), I just had a much faster strategy. Optimized.
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 172 moves (old: 304).
Mmm, cooked bombs

Memory Hole v3 Tue 25 Oct 2005 17:23
