Button Blocker: The Ultimate Challenge Wed 05 Sep 2007 17:18
<wowei> Wow, it's only wonderful!

Well, you probably all know, how euphoric you can be after you finally solved a riddle, that you almost had given up a long time ago.

But the pure logic in this one really is only very fascianting. Love it!

<Tom 7> A corner case indeed! ;) There are actually several problems like this when objects go off the screen, but this test case shows a particularly ugly one. Thanks!

71 moves.

Dots Help a lot Tue 21 Aug 2007 11:22
<Eric119> (SPOILER) Yes, this level is both simple and rigid enough to make this feasible, but not so simple as to make it boring. Your improvement also shows how subtle the task can be. When I was doing this there were two times I thought for sure I was done, but then found improvements.

By the way, the three recent levels "premier", "suivi", and "suivis" are identical. Could you please delete two of them? The same is true of the older levels "electric lessons/hazards #1" and "beginner challenge".
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added solution "Slowrun":
Ha, I think that's a fine idea and this is an excellent level for such slowruns. For most levels the maximum length would be intractable. With solution optimization on, Escape will cut out any cycles, so it's fairly easy to compete. Here's a small improvement.
