<Dave> I should point out that I had probably spent over two hours, on and off, on 18 without success before 19 was uploaded. Then I decided to carry on working with 18 but look for a solution that would fit both. From that point it still took another couple of hours. All these levels are definitely 9s in my opinion. I have noticed that when we solve a new mod using part of a solution from an older mod, we tend to forget how difficult it was to get to that stage in first place. I'm going on the road for a couple days, so I may or may not be around but, in all likelihood, not. Cheers. |

<mark> Hi Dave and everyone else,back from the weekend away and i've had time to study your solution for 16. Well that was a stroke of genius by you and if i had not solved a different way i think i still be playing it come christmas. My solution is still very hard to do but probably not as difficult as yours. But who knows we all think a bit different,anyway i automaticly give the level 8 as it had 2 answers maybe more,but on reflection and understanding the original solution i'm changing it up. <Dave> It sounds like you are pretty close Jim. I would love to know if your first solution to 15, when (not if) you get it, also works on 16 or 17. I haven't had a chance to work on 17 yet, it may have to wait a few days and even then I think it's going to take me a while. |
