The original version of this allowed you to solve it without having all 8 blocks activating panels. This one forces you to use all the blocks while throwing in a bit of a monkey wrench. |

Sorry to upload yet another sokoban level, but I thought this would be interesting. This level (like Brokoban II) came from pieguy's block puzzle generator. I suppose it's kind of an extreme version of Tom's Time Bomb...although my "timing mechanism" isn't so stylish. :-/ |

<Max> Nice mod, mjn! Very tricky, even though I am extremely familiar with the basics of this level by now ;). |

<Milton> As far as I can tell, the original solution is going to be the final speedrun. |

<Tom 7> If you ever used ctrl-0, that will occasionally solve some indelicate levels by re-using a solution from another level. It seems pretty unlikely to me that Walk The Plank could be solved that way, but maybe..
<John Lewis> Actually, I'm at 384 for triage. I was counting the tutorial levels as well...
Also, something strange has happened. For some reason, the game says that I've solved "Walk the Plank and Drop Anchor," but I've never beaten it. I viewed the solution (which had *tons* of redundant moves), and optimized it. My speedrun was lowered by about 200 or so...weird!
<Doom> I'm at 396, but there seems to be lots of old levels that I've not played a lot. Anyway, beating all levels is an impressive accomplishment. There are a couple very hard levels, after all. This one being one of them.
<Tom 7> I'm at 528 for triage. For a long time, Max and I had 100% coverage of triage, and I believe Brian also solved all of the levels after that point. I've slipped significantly (the beginning of the end for me was "Jungle Fever"), but I think Max and Brian are both pretty close to having solved all of them. It looks like mjn is not too far away, either.
Still, I am quite impressed, noname!
<John Lewis> WOW!!! noname, you've solved all of the levels?! Has anyone else managed to do that? That's amazing!! I'm still at 403...
How many levels has everyone else solved? |

<Tom 7> The server is indeed full and will be unfilled momentarily.
<John Lewis> Maybe noname's records somehow overloaded the server! ;-)
<Max> I'm getting the same message for uploading a new level as well. I'm guessing the server's full?
<John Lewis> I'm getting the same message (as Dorothy) when trying to upload a new record for this level... |

<mjn> I'm the one who solved it, but I cheated (I have a graph theory textbook with a knight's tour on the cover). I didn't feel right claiming the speedrun under those circumstances...
<noname> Just wondering, why didn't anyone claim the speed record? (There is certainly someone who solved this before me, and it is clear that any solution optimized to the same length...) |
