Hole of Memories Mon 23 Nov 2009 19:14
<radiant> 'Hole of Memories' uploaded by radiant:
The level is a memoryhole because the balls are shaped like holes. And because original variation is over 2400 levels ago making it fleet memory, like fleet of navy boats.

Actually level is not mine. I was read science papers on game of escaping from laboratory and found a writer "#1469" who break 63 bits block cipher so Vargomax decide to make polynomial for self and crack 64 bits sequence number of "#1469". Some mandibles might say 1469 is already "sequence number" but not enough bits e.t.c. Notwithstandable, Vargomax found number >63 of bits (bwahaha j/k) and unlocked "PRIVATE FOLDER OF LEVELS UNDER CONSTRUCTIVE." Can you believe greedy person was with holding out such a pretty level! So now /me gets to take from the rich and give to the rich and the poor and everyone is HAPPY JOY JOY!!~

You actually mislabeled the red and black remotes, but it's a start. Personally I would have put arrow tiles in front of each of the strings of blocks to indicate which direction to press to move that string.

it now has labels

labeled new version
<radiant> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 13 moves (old: 14).
Levels like this make more sense if there's a labeling mechanism of some sort.

It worked!
This is the first of many "tape" levels.

<radiant> What a level to mark 1469 clear in triage.

Once you figure it out, it's nothing short of the game's quintessential storytelling level.

<devin> John L. Is right.
<devin> its supposed to be by devin (half from daedelus)
<gary> I don't think that daedelus really made this?
<radiant> (SPOILER) My first solve came by without using the two panels on the left. For all I know, that may be a cook in his mind.

I'd make another version that changes those to floor but I've done enough modding of devin's hapless levels recently.
<John Lewis> It almost looks like this could have been built off of "Antontonebarr NE-0," which explains the designer miscredit here...
