<mark> (SPOILER) Hi Dave again,i've just been studying your solution to 14 and i'll call that the normal starting way.
As far as i can tell that way can't solve 13 you have to learn your cook level to be able to do the ending.
So i think i should reload it. |

I'd been playing around with 13 that much my bookmarks for the level stopped working so i started again so i did not have to solve the whole level again.
In the original 13 i'd changed the last grey panel to useless.
As soon as i uploaded i had the feeling of dread it may be cooked,but it looked so hard i left it.The trick in my solution was getting from the top rooms to the bottom at about move 888.
Anyway i solved yours slighty different bomb placement which i'm not to sure if it's tougher so i'll do a quick mod with my first solve solution for you to play. |

I had spent over an hour on VM13 and was just putting the final part of a solution together when a stray bot stepped on the new panel and another one popped up. Never noticed it before that point... daft idiot!
Maybe we can spin-off one of the 11 style levels later with the blue walls back, it would be interesting to see just how many mods it would actually take to decookify the level. |

<Dave> I've probably made 12 more rigid than I would have liked. If anybody has a more original bomb ending and needs to rollback part of this mod to make it work, please be my guest.
I've only managed to come up with one possible new idea for the bomb (i.e. without blowing up a bot retaining wall) but it would have involved too many changes.
PS. I woke up at 4 in the morning, just in time to catch the last few games of the third set! Wishing I'd stayed up and watched the lot now! |

<Dave> (SPOILER) So I've now caught up again. Didn't rate 11(again) because I ctrl-0ed it from 11. 12 should fix up some of the loopholes, but will probably open up some new ones too, so cook away...
PS. I uploaded 11b with my solution to the other 11 levels. Thought this might be more fun than just revealling the cook.
PPS. I think you made the right decision going for 11(again) in favour of 11. |
