A bit of everything Wed 30 Mar 2005 22:11
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 376 moves (old: 999999).

Two Daleks, A Girl and a Pizza Place Wed 30 Mar 2005 22:10
<Max> (SPOILER) Man, 27 is my best, too.

Random scariness Wed 30 Mar 2005 21:58
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 309 moves (old: 999999).

Game-winning Strikeout Wed 30 Mar 2005 21:54
<Max> (SPOILER) Wow, the record on this is so quick that I suspect it might be a cook... I can't get below 64!

Impossible Wed 30 Mar 2005 21:44
<mjn> I totally agree--earlier I caught myself looking at the speed record for "Ad Misericordiam" and wondering if I could learn anything from it...
<Max> Actually, for levels like this, displaying the shortest solution totally gives away the trick. This is an extreme example of course, but I still think that maybe speed records should be concealed in the same way that "spoiler" comments are...

Level Error Wed 30 Mar 2005 21:13
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 24 moves (old: 999999).
Sorry, records were made to be broken.

Atom Smash Wed 30 Mar 2005 21:07
<Max> Apologies for the potentially annoying gameplay caused by the "electron field"...

Level Error Wed 30 Mar 2005 18:11
<Adam> Hooray! I SOLVED this way back in 1969 in only 99999 moveds.

Modern Art Gallery Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:29
<Max> Tom, don't you realize that the point of this level is not to rush through, but rather to take your time and savor the captivating beauty of Modern Art??

Modern Art Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:27
<Max> Damn you, Joshua! ;)

Construct-A-Maze Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:26
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 32 moves (old: 40).
I don't know if this breaks the record or not but it seems pretty quick... It would be nice if there were a way to keep records for each level someplace more accessible than each level's RSS description, btw...

Claustrophobia/Panel Abuse Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:23
<Max> Yeah, it's still possible but it feels very different from the old days. I'm not sure if it's because I'm more familiar with how panels work, or if something has changed in the way they work, but I suspect it's the latter so you may as well leave it here as a defunct historical relic of a bygone era...

Breaking In Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:21
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 160 moves (old: 335).
Take that, Tom!

Claustrophobia/Panel Abuse Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:06
<Tom 7> Is this level still possible, then?
Do you want me to reactivate it?

The Chamber (v2) Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:03
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) (note: speedrun of 289 moves didn't break record; not added)
Testing to see if comments go through when uploading a speedrun that's not a record.

The City Wed 30 Mar 2005 17:01
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 537 moves (old: 539).
<Tom 7> If you upload a speedrun that's worse than the existing record, then it just gets thrown away!

I guess I should make it do something else in that situation.

Time Bomb Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:48
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 225 moves (old: 248).

24 Karat Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:48
<Max> (SPOILER) Actually, I'm realizing that most of my solutions are fairly slow and inefficient, now that you've implemented the speedrun submissions! I haven't noticed any "optimization" yet, though, but I haven't been paying close attention, either...

The City Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:41
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 1000 moves (old: 539).
Nice and round.

Modern Art Gallery Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:40
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 2 moves (old: 2).

Hardest IQ Carrier (EXPERTS ONLY!!!!!!!!) Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:40
<Max> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 6440 moves (old: 999999).

Modern Art Gallery Wed 30 Mar 2005 16:36
<Tom 7> (SPOILER) Added speedrun: 2 moves (old: 999999).
Then I'm takin' this one. ;)
