<Tom 7> Is there a new version of this forthcoming? I've been avoiding it since it is apparently so cooked, but it looks like a nice level.. |

<Tom 7> I have all the info on the server to make histograms, so if there ever get to be lots of ratings, I can generate those.
I think the ratings are mainly useful for the purposes of triage (which I ought to start doing, since the triage dir is getting very large!). But they'll probably stick around after the levels are moved to more permanent homes, since having more accurate ratings is better, and since I still think it's valuable to see the difference between a good easy level and a good hard level and a good loose level, etc. |

<Tom 7> Yeah, this definitely can happen if you use solution import. (I've had it happen to me, too.) I'm changing it now to automatically trim the solution that it finds so that it will be the right length. |

<Max> Well, all in all, I guess you should leave pre-solved ratings in. I do agree with Brian about the ratings histograms, eventually though... Just out of curiosity, are the ratings in place just to help determine an "official" level set, or do you plan on keeping them in the final version of Escape? |
