Interesting variety of solutions on this one. Mine's very slow and crashes the dalek on the top panel; and it is VERY conservative in arranging everything.

Got the idea for this whilst exploring the planets.
It did not help me there so I've made a level with the idea.
Don't know how safe this is, it maybe cookable but fun if you can.
Also posting an easier version for others to enjoy.
